Martin KoppManager mymusictest.com An opportunity to fulfil a long-held ambition to establish a career in radio broadcasting materialised for Martin in 1998 with the establishment of private radio in his home country of Austria. Gaining a position at 88.6 in listener services, Martin progressively worked his way up to morning show producer, DJ and finally Program Director. It was during Martin’s time as Program Director that 88.6 regained its position as the No1 private station in Vienna. Fueled by an enthusiasm for relationship marketing and web-enabled applications, Martin left 88.6 at the end of 2004, founding his own company; Get Permission. Get Permission focussed on developing solutions to leverage the relationship between the on-air product and radio station websites and databases. Since establishing Get Permission, Martin has worked for a number of radio stations in Austria and Germany. In 2006 Martin developed an on-line research portal, mymusictest.com, launching it in conjunction with BP&R in November 2006. This followed an extensive period of research into the best tactics and processes to employ in delivering reliable and accurate data from an on-line research system. mymusictest.com became the first multilingual online platform for radio stations to test music on the internet. Martin joined BP&R on 1st May 2007 and is responsible for the management and development of web-enabled research systems at BP&R. Martin brings a considerable amount of knowledge and expertise in the area of relationship marketing, databases and the www. Martin is fluent in both German and English languages. |
